Rental conditions:

• Prices are quoted per villa per night.
• The minimum rental period during low and high season is seven nights
• The minimum rental period during peak season is fourteen nights
• A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your reservation (The deposit may be paid via credit card through our credit card payment authorization form or by SWIFT bank transfer to our nominated Thai bank account. )
• The balance of total rent amount is due a minimum of 4 weeks before the check in date for credit card payment through our credit card authorization form or by SWIFT bank transfer to our nominated Thai bank account .
• Check In Time is 3:00pm; Check Out time is 10:30 am (early arrival and late departure upon availability of the house. Late check-out can only be confirmed on the day of the departure)

The rental rates include:

• Maid cleaning (twice a week),
• Welcome pack

The rental rates exclude:

• Service charge
• Applicable government tax (VAT)
• Airport transfer charged at 250B/person/way (children under 12 years free of charge)
• Refrigerator supplies
• Breakfast

All Villas are equipped with:

• Spacious living room
• Fully equipped American/European kitchen
• Cable or satellite TV, Stereo
• At least one air-conditioned bedroom (see house description)
• Large terrace with lounging chairs
• Access to the communal swimming pool of the resort.

We will be happy to arrange the following services before your arrival or one day in advance :

• Car rental (incl. insurance coverage) from a local car rental company
• Motorbike rental from a local motorbike rental company
• Breakfast delivery (delivered between 8:30 am and 10:00 am, if ordered in advance)
• Cook: 150 B/hour/cook plus food supply
• Extra House Cleaning: 400 B per cleaning (about 2 hours, cleaning only)
• Daily maid service 150 B / hour (for breakfast, cleaning, dish washing)
• Baby Sitting 150 B / hour
• Private Laundry 60 B / kg.
• Stocked refrigerator as per your purchase list: Purchase bill + 10% service. Please request our order form. (minimum amount 1.500 baht)
• Services cost above are suject to 3 % service charge and 7% VAT (Government Tax)

Cancellation policy:

To secure availability at the requested vacation villa, we apply the following cancellation conditions:

• Cancellation prior to arrival: It is a condition of the booking that the entire party is covered by comprehensive travel insurance which will provide compensation to you in the event of cancellation. In the event that you cancel the booking or shorten the period of stay after payment of the deposit and/or balance, no refund will be made.
  The booking deposit is not returnable under any circumstances.
• Cancellation during period of the holiday: The prepaid rental balance will be returned only under exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of the management of Coconut Resorts Koh Samui Co. Ltd.

Insurance and Liability:

• Coconut Resorts Koh Samui Co. Ltd. is not responsible to guests or their party for any and all claims including any accidents related to the use of the property facilities or locally procured third party services such as watercraft, water sports, jeep or motor bike rental, etc.
