Vacation House direct on the Beach of Bang Por

The Vacation House Coconut Village A9 has 3 bedrooms with king-size beds, 2 bathrooms and an additional bed. Each bedroom is provided with air con. Two of them are at the gable front and therefore offer a wunderful view on the beach and on the sea. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor and has an en-suite bathroom. The villa offers sufficient room for maximum 7 persons.

The rental rate is 7,700 Baht/night during low season, 8,400 B/night during high season and 9,800 B/night during the Christmas- / New Year peak season. (Rates plus service charge and VAT, see price list at the bottom of the page).

House specifications

The Vacation House in Coconut Village is on the first row, direct on the beach of Bang Por located. The guest has a nice view from the precious wooden terrace on the palm garden on the beach and on the sea.

The terrace and the entrance to the villa are roofed and covered with wood. Ceiling fans, sun beds as well as a confortable sitting corner provide cosiness in the shade. Each bedroom has air con. The first bedroom on the ground floor has an en-suite bathroom. The guest has a very nice view on the beach and on the sea from both bedrooms on the first floor. There is an additional bed in the open area close to the staircase.The built-in kitchen is very well equipped.

There are altogether only 15 houses in Coconut Village Resort. All are built from precious wood and in the same style. They are unique on Koh Samui, due to their design and their beautiful location on Koh Samui. The sand beach of Bang Por is 3,5 km long and unique on Koh Samui. There are only very few tourists as well as locals on this beach. There are many good thai restaurants in walking distance. Thai food is generally appreciated and very healthy as well.

9 Holiday Houses are direct on the beach of Coconut Village located. The remaining ones are on the 2nd and 3rd row.The swimming pool with its crystal clear water has a small separate pool for children and a whirl pool. It is very idyllic and located in the palm garden of the resort and surrounded by tropical plants which are flowering almost the whole year.
