Vacation House direct on the Beach of Bang Por

The Vacation House Coconut Village A4 has two bedrooms with king-size beds, two bathrooms and an additional single bed. The whole upper floor is, apart from the bathroom, not divided into individual rooms. There you will find the Master bedroom and the additional single bed. Occupancy for this villa: maximum 5 persons

The rental rate is 5,600 Baht/night during low season, 6,700 B/night during high season and 7,800 B/night during the Christmas- / New Year peak season. (Rates plus service charge and VAT, see price list at the bottom of the page).

House specifications

The Vacation House in Coconut Village A4 is direct in front of the Beach of Bang Por located. The guest has a stunning view on the palm garden and the sea from the excellent designed precious wooden terrace.

The terrace and the entrance to the house are roofed and covered with wood. Ceiling fans, sun beds and a small sitting corner provide cosiness in the shade.The living room is open up to the roof and has a very nice gallery. The Vacation House has one bedroom with air-con and bathroom on the ground floor. The Master bedroom is on the first floor. The king-size beds are beside the gallery close to the glas gable front. There is an additional single bed close to the staircase. The entire upper floor is not divided into individual rooms, has ceiling fans and an own bathroom. The glas gable front offers a wonderful view on the beach and on the sea. The built-in kitchen in the living room is very well equipped. The Vacation House A 4 is perfect for 4 persons with a child.

There are altogether only 15 houses in Coconut Village Resort. All are built from precious wood and in the same style. 9 houses are located direct on the beach and the remaining ones are built on the 2nd or 3rd row. They are unique on Koh Samui, due to their design and their location direct on the beach of Bang Por. You will com across only a few tourists and no beach sellers who offers their products. The swimming pool with its crystal clear water has a small separate pool for children and a whirl pool. It is very idyllic and located in the palm garden of the resort and surrounded by tropical plants which are flowering almost the whole year.
