The Holiday Home Coconut Sands S5 has two bedrooms with king-size beds and air-conditioning and a small bedroom with a single bed. In the Master bedroom there is an additional single bed. In total the house offers room for 6 persons. The holiday home is well tended and tastefully furnished and decorated. From the large, roofed-over terrace with ceiling fans the guest has a beautiful view into the palm-garden and towards the sea.

The rental rate is 4,500 Baht/night during low season, 5,500 B/night during high season and 6,500 B/night during the Christmas- / New Year peak season. (Rates plus service charge and VAT, see price list at the bottom of the page).

The Vacation Home Coconut Sands S5 is a well-tended and comfortably furnished holiday house in the beach villa resort Coconut Sands at Bang Por Beach on Koh Samui Island. The house is located in the middle of coconut trees and lush, blooming tropical greenery. A few steps through the beautifully landscaped gardens lead to the beachside swimming pool and to the resort's sand beach and tropical sea.

The rooms are spacious and naturally lit through many large windows. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and an additional small bedroom on the upper floor. The ground floor accommodates the living room, kitchen and dining area. Pursuant to tropical life style the large, roofed terrace with seaview across the garden may well be the most popular place to spend the days and evenings. The spacious Master bedroom, the second bedroom and the living room are air-conditioned and there are ceiling fans throughout the house and on the terrace.

The house has cable-TV with international channels, CD-stereo and a safe. The modern kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, electric range with triple burner, kitchen appliances and kitchenware.

Numerous, small, idyllic restaurants in the near surroundings of Coconut Sands Villa S5 offer delicious meals often served directly at the beach front. Shopping is available at neighborhood grocery stores, 24-hours convenience shops or large shopping centers in nearby Bophut and Nathon.
