Beach Home Specifications & Highlights

The immaculately maintained holiday beach villa called Coconut Paradise - P1 is located on the first row of rental beach villas on Bang Por beach. Guests of this Samui villa will enjoy enchanting views from the wooden terraces, overlooking the beach and exquisite palm gardens of the grounds. The wooden covered terrace provides comfort for your holiday enjoyment while on Koh Samui, with ceiling fans, sun beds, and a small sitting corner in the shade. A small Asian style bridge connects the terrace of your villa to a private sala directly on the beach.

This holiday villa features 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms with enclosed glass showers. Each bedroom also has air conditioning for those hot tropical days. There are built-in wardrobes, and commodes with mirrors, in 3 of the bedrooms. 2 bunk-beds for children, a desk with Internet ADSL connection, and a telephone/fax line furnish the study. The Master bedroom is on the first floor, and has an amazing glass gabled frontage with a large balcony. The separate bathroom for the Master bedroom features a glass shower room with an outdoor, private balcony Jacuzzi. There is a commode with mirror, as well as a built-in wardrobe in the vestibule, in front of the bathroom. The built-in kitchen with breakfast counter/bar is comfortable, accommodating for a variety of activities, and well-equipped. The cooking area is separated with glass sliding doors, so that the cooking vapours don't spread into the house. Guests will feel, without a doubt, at home in this extravagant villa. It is extremely spacious, and offers the ultimate in comfort for a maximum of 8 adults and 2 children.

From the balcony of the Master bedroom, you will have the most wonderful view of the entire resort of Coconut Paradise, and a stunning picturesque portrait of the nearest island of Koh Phangan. The guests of this villa have the private use of a small fishing boat, exempt of charges, to immerse themselves in the Asian lifestyle and try out their own fishing fortune.

There are only 10 holiday houses on the very large grounds of Paradise Resort. On the first, 2nd, and 3rd row, the villas are all built with precious wood, and nearly all in the same style. The villas in the 4th and 5th rows, on the left-hand side, are built with bricks. The swimming pool with crystal clear water, a small separated pool for children, and a whirlpool massage, is located in the middle of the resort, and close to the beach. During any evening sunset, the sky on the horizon turns a grandiose play of colours, reflecting off of the sea into a picture-perfect, postcard scene.

At night, during certain seasons, an armada of fishing boats light up the horizons over the Gulf of Thailand, as they search for squid, crab, and other delicacies for your dining table.
