The villa is situated on a hilltop property with 2,100 sqm garden and a private swimming pool with 5 x 8 meters dimensions. The large house offers aprrox. 200 sqm living area. The huge terrace with teak dining furniture for 6 persons has an area of 25 sqm. Comfortable deck chairs with cushions allow the guest to relax in perfect calmness and enjoy the beautiful panoramic view across the palm covered hillside and the sea. The play of colors in the sky during sunset becomes an idyllic and dramatic experience when viewed from this outlook. Only a few meters walking distance at the same elevation is the "Santi Thani View Restaurant" from where the neighboring island Koh Phangan appears to be just a very short distance across the sea..
The villa is spaciously designed and elegantly furnished. Two master bedrooms on the upper floor both have ensuite bathrooms. The master bedrooms have king-size beds, air-conditioning, wardrobe and mirror dresser.
One bathroom connects to the large children bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe and TV. The bathrooms have double basins, shower and toilet and one bathroom has an extra bathtub.
The small, idyllic guest bungalow in the garden has double beds and air-conditioning in the bedroom, a small kitchenette and bathroom with shower and toilet.
The living is huge and bright with large window fronts. There is a dining table for six persons and pass-through from the kitchen. Guests make themselves comfortable in the sitting area with a suite of rattan couch and armchairs, DVD player and cable/satellite TV in a beautifully hand crafted teak cabinet. The kitchen is also very large and equipped with all conveniences. There is an electric stove and oven with fitted extractor hood, large fridge, dish washer and washing machine. The furniture is made from real wood, a luxury rarely found in other houses.
A very friendly Thai couple will come on-site to assist and support guests at the villa. They take care of the house and the garden and can arrange tours and sightseeing trips by boat or by car. If desired a privatre cook will prepare delicious and healthy Thai dishes at the house.
The gated entrance to the Santi Thani Villa Development is just across the main road, less than 100 meters from the beach of Bang Por. The private road then ascends up the hillside to a considerable elevation and vantage point.
A rental car may be welcome convenience when you want to make the ascend several times a day.
