my business partner and I have lived on Koh Samui for more than 4 years and both of us have a professional background in the IT industry. With the effective date of January 1, 2008 our company Coconut Resorts Koh Samui has the privilege of representing the owners of Coconut Vacation Villas at Bang Por Beach with an excellent range of delightful holiday homes for rent.

Our choice includes approximately 40 vacation homes and villas at seven individual resorts, all located along the three kilometer long, sandy beach of Ban Bang Por on Koh Samui. The stylish and comfortable houses, built from exotic woods and glass, are cultivated and well maintained. Surrounded by tropical plants, ornamental shrubs and flowers, these villas offer an exceptional alternative to today's mass tourism accommodations.

We have been given the opportunity to completely redesign the internet presentation for this project. It allowed us to put great emphasis on posting up-to-date pictures of the vacation homes (interior and exterior views) and of the associated resort. We took a multitude of new photographs to allow website visitors to obtain accurate and current information.

All vacation villas and homes are cleaned weekly, even during vacancy periods. The cleaning personnel will be notify us of any defects they may find, and repairs will be arranged swiftly.

We attach great importance to flawless and swift processing of reservation requests and bookings. Our business software is custom-tailored to the specific needs of this project and our personnel applies these tools to respond quickly and accurately to the guests' requests.

Furthermore we want to keep our website visitors informed about the holiday merriments which the island has to offer. These include  recommendations for good restaurants, entertainment, sightseeing spots, excursions, water sports, boat trips, diving tours, yacht sailing, fitness centers, yoga classes and many more topics which will allow our guests to plan and arrange an exciting, active holiday.
